1. Intellectual Property & License

All software scripts, interactive chart UI components, force curve database datasets, custom photography, and written modding guides available on rankripplepremier.casa are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the resources for personal hardware modification and educational purposes.

2. Disclaimer of Technical Warranties

All mechanical switch specifications, force diagrams, and acoustic tuning recommendations are provided "as is" for information purposes. Modding mechanical switches, desoldering PCBs, or applying lubricants involves risk of hardware damage. Rankripplepremier Tech Hardware Ltd. assumes no liability for hardware malfunction resulting from third-party application of our guides.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to scrape, automatedly harvest data, perform denial-of-service attacks, or reverse engineer any interactive tool deployed on our server infrastructure.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
